How did the idea for ALTEA emerge?

I was interested in how a familiar furniture typology could be refined and evolved without becoming overly expressive.

What makes the collection unique?

The integrated backrest and reduced design language create visual calm and a distinctive identity.

What role did comfort play?

The chair was designed to be comfortable even without thick cushions. Its form subtly follows the body.

What does good outdoor design mean to you?

It's not only about creating functional furniture, but about creating places where people genuinely enjoy spending time.

ALTEA – Comfort and Durability for Outdoors

The ALTEA armchair is a lightweight, stackable aluminium chair for terraces, balconies, gardens and hospitality spaces.

Its iconic silhouette comfortably follows the body, combining timeless design with excellent seating comfort.

The curved aluminium backrest is seamlessly integrated into the frame using an innovative manufacturing process.

The result: a precise, robust construction with clean lines and a refined, high-quality appearance.
