How long is your warranty?
At TRAZOS, we believe that durable furniture starts with high-quality materials and skilled craftsmanship. That’s why we offer an extended 5-year warranty on all our products.
This warranty applies to our entire collection and is valid for five years from the date of delivery. It covers functional, material, and manufacturing defects for products purchased for private use.
The warranty becomes void in cases of improper use or physical damage. Normal wear and tear—particularly to upholstery, glides, surfaces, and similar components—is not covered.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this warranty.
What happens in the event of a warranty claim?
In the event of a warranty claim, TRAZOS will determine the most appropriate solution. This may include repair, price reduction, replacement with an equivalent product, or a full refund.
