Last updated: February 17, 2026

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the TRAZOS online shop.
A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.

2. Contract formation
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods.
The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices in Euro and include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you provide.
Once the goods have been delivered to you or to a person designated by you, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and refund any payments already made.

5. Transport damage
Please inspect the goods upon receipt.
If you notice visible transport damage, please inform the carrier immediately and notify us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Payment
Payment can be made using the methods offered in the shop.
Title to the goods remains with TRAZOS until full payment has been received.

7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Details on how to exercise this right are provided in our withdrawal policy.

8. Returns
Returns are handled according to the return conditions described on our website.
Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

9. Warranty and guarantee
Statutory warranty rights apply.
In addition, TRAZOS offers a voluntary five-year guarantee covering material and manufacturing defects, subject to the guarantee terms.

10. Product representation
Minor variations in colour, surface or structure may occur due to materials or display settings and do not constitute defects.

11. Liability
TRAZOS is fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health.
For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damage resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations.

12. Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
TRAZOS is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.

13. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this applies only insofar as mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.
